OSB Services will design
a sampling program which best suits a client's needs based on our many years
of experience characterizing indoor air. A report will be submitted after
the air quality testing which will include all monitoring and sampling
results and comparisons to accepted guidelines and limits (eg. ASHRAE,
Health Canada, Ministry of Labour). If air quality problems are discovered,
these will be described with recommendations to correct the situation.

These are customized indoor air quality investigations designed for specific health and safety compliance issues.
Changes in Scope of Work
If additional sampling is requested by the client or required to complete the project which uses additional field time, it will be billed on an hourly bases using our standard rates. All fees are discounted assuming receipt of payment within 45 days of invoice date.
